sorry y'all

Sometimes I make myself look / sound like the most pretentious shithead ever. In reality, I'm not half as talented as most of my friends with bands, and even the people that think I'm totally stupid, I'll be the first to admit that at least they're respectable enough musicians to give their opinion some validity, let's say. I know I've ragged on various bands here and there, but truthfully, all these guys are really talented in their own way and I only ever made fun of anyone because that's really pretty much what being a junkie shithead is all about. I don't really have anything against anyone, though I can understand where there are some bridges I ended up burning with some people forever, and I know I probably deserve it. There's lots of bands and people I've worked with, communicated with, had the honor of performing with, and had support from in one way or another over the years, Bethlehem, Chaos Moon / Esoterica, Noctis, A Winter Lost, Legions of Astaroth / Vasaeleth, Ondskapt, Frostmoon Eclipse, Circle of Ghosts, Enfold Darkness, The Jonestown Saints, Armagedda, Woe, Castevet, Evoken, Abazagorath, Under the Forest Floor, Krieg, The Axis of Perdition / Phaleg / Halo of the Sun, Ceremonial Castings, Enochian Crescent, Shining, Forgotten Tomb, Darkspace, Deathrow (Ita), Mysteriarch, Nazxul (Aus), Psyclon Nine, Teratism, Xasthur, Krohm, Velnias, Nachtmystium, Nightbringer, and a shitload of other people; all of these people deserve your attention, all of these bands have people doing neat things that are actually worth the trouble, way more than me. They have all been in the "scene" or whatever for a long as fuck time and have earned all the respect they get. I'm pretty much a bitter, depressed black metal johnny-come-lately from nowhereland, FL and I never really ever fit in with anyone or anything with black metal. I also never took anything that seriously because I kinda just expected to be dead by now from all the fucking drugs I was doing before I got on the wagon. You should listen to these bands and you should listen to their side projects, and you should give them your money for their art because they are pretty much all that you all have been bitching for. However, none of this applies to Liturgy. THIS WILL NEVER APPLY TO LITURGY. NO.
